First a little history:
Since the beginning of the economic downturn the need for a special project catering to the newly unemployed has become more and more apparent. The idea was breached to Gerry S. of the SBDC and from other conversations with the SBA’s state director Jim Stai, the group has formed together to develop a program that will launch any person, but targeted to the newly unemployed, into a business of their own.
We have a great many ideas, assets and potential for partnership development to engage in this effort. This portal is designed to allow all participants to collaborate so that the power of sharing information can unleash the full potential of this project.
